After returning to the abandoned lakeside resort she believes her estranged father left her, Hayley uncovers hidden VHS tapes and a forgotten heavy-metal album that together form a Satanic ritual left unfinished decades earlier. The moment she presses play, she resurrects murdered cult leader Ricky Kaster. Ricky grows more real with every tape and needs Hayley and her friends to complete the final offering.

Frank Sabatella is a New York–based writer and director creating atmospheric, character-driven genre stories. He directed The Shed, which premiered at the Sitges Film Festival and was distributed by RLJE Films, and Blood Night: The Legend of Mary Hatchet, distributed by Lionsgate.
His work combines emotionally grounded characters, practical horror and a tactile visual sensibility rooted in atmosphere, texture and in-camera craft. He is currently developing his third feature, Ricky Lives.
